Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) said, &#8221; Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and with the hope of reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ramadan has multiple benefits in all aspects spiritual, mental &amp; physical health. In Ramadan Muslims eat &amp; drink nothing in that specific period of the day during the entire month, that is why the digestive system gets its chance to have some rest and at the same time Muslims learn to feel empathy and sympathy with the poor &amp; needy.<\/p>\n<p>Ramadan is a chance to seek forgiveness and find the inner peace, especially when reading the holy Quran. In Ramadan, there is a night called &#8221; LayLatul Qad&#8217;r &#8221; which worth the deeds of a thousand nights.<\/p>\n<p>Ramadan learns self-discipline and self-control also it is a golden chance to quit bad habits, such as smoking, taking drugs and others. At iftar-the time to eat with the sunset- family gather and enhance their relationships.<\/p>\n<p>There are\u00a0proven medical benefits of fasting such as lowering the Blood cholesterol and reducing the hypertension. Also reducing \u00a0blood glucose.
