Our Facility uses an electronic sizer (Globalscan 6) which allows the selection of the fruits by their weight, diameter, color, shape, and external quality of the skin, for a production capacity of 70 t/h.
The packing house also includes a large refrigerated storage area for fruit, which remains better conserved.
By 2025 we will develop our cool rooms to contain 2000 tones, plus 7 pre-cooling rooms to optimize special protocols requirements and finalize the system traceability setup for our products.
